    Master Job Interviews

    Privacy notice

    Clear by design

    Privacy, clearly explained.

This notice explains what happens when you use the interview readiness quiz, request your score and choose whether to hear from Master Job Interviews.

    Last updated 19 September 2026

    At a glance

Your score and personalised plan are sent because you requested them.

Course and interview-support emails need a separate, optional tick.

You can ask questions or change your email preference at any time.

This is a practical privacy notice prepared for review. It describes the quiz and services currently connected to this site. It does not make a legal guarantee or replace advice tailored to the way the wider business operates.

    Who controls your data

The site at myinterviewscore.com provides the Master Job Interviews interview readiness assessment. Personal data collected through this site is controlled by Ronald Fergus, who operates the Master Job Interviews website and brand.

    Information collected

When you complete the quiz and request your results, the site may collect:

    • Your name and email address, so the site can identify your result and send the report you requested.
    • The answers you select, together with the resulting score, score category, focus areas and personalised plan.
    • Your choice about optional course and marketing emails, including the wording shown beside the checkbox when you submit it.
    • Relevant submission and contact details held in the connected customer records used to manage quiz follow-up.
    • Measurement information from the X Ads website tag, such as browser identifiers or cookies where those technologies are available and used.
    03

    How the information is used

Information from the quiz is used to:

    • calculate and display your interview readiness score and the areas that may need more attention.
    • send the score and personalised plan you asked to receive.
    • save the result alongside your contact details so the requested communication can be managed.
    • send occasional interview advice, course information or offers only when you actively choose the optional marketing checkbox.
    • understand whether advertising brought a visitor to the quiz and measure a completed lead event through the X Ads tag.

The score is feedback generated from the answers you choose. It is not a hiring decision, employment assessment or guarantee of an interview outcome.

    04

    Results and marketing email

    Requested result

Your score, focus areas and personalised plan are sent after you submit the form, whether or not you tick the optional marketing box.

    Optional marketing

Course, interview-support and offer emails are sent only after you actively tick the separate consent box.

Leaving the box unticked does not stop the score email or the on-page result. It means the quiz submission does not start the course nurture communication connected to the optional marketing preference.

A later submission with the box unticked is recorded as that submission's preference. It is not treated as a request to erase or withdraw an earlier marketing subscription. To withdraw an existing preference, use the unsubscribe route in a marketing email or contact hello@masterjobinterviews.com.

    05

    Services we use

The quiz uses Buildy-hosted CRM and email services to store contact details, record the quiz interaction and deliver the requested results email. When you choose marketing consent, the same connected services help manage the optional course and interview-support communications.

Buildy and the service providers that support those functions process information to provide the connected features. Their own terms and privacy information may also apply. The exact service configuration and any transfer arrangements should be checked before this notice is treated as final wording.

    06

    Advertising measurement

The site uses an X Ads measurement tag to understand whether an ad visit leads to a completed quiz. X may use browser identifiers, cookies or similar technologies for measurement, subject to the way its services and your browser operate. You can read more in X's privacy information.

This notice discloses the measurement tag but does not add a cookie-consent banner or decide whether a particular consent mechanism is required. UK cookie and advertising consent requirements should be reviewed separately before this notice is treated as final legal wording.

    07

    Retention and security

Information is kept for as long as necessary to provide the requested result, manage any optional communication, maintain appropriate records and meet relevant obligations. No fixed retention period is stated here because the live settings for the connected services need to be confirmed.

If you withdraw marketing consent, a record of that preference may need to be retained so the request can be respected. You can ask what information is held and request deletion where applicable.

Reasonable care is taken when handling quiz and contact information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Requests about the safeguards or services involved can be sent to the controller using the contact details below.

    08

    Your choices and rights

You can contact Ronald Fergus to ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion where applicable, restriction of use or to object to a particular use. You can withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. Withdrawal does not change the preference needed to send a results email you already requested.

To make a request, email hello@masterjobinterviews.com and say which email address you used for the quiz. A reasonable identity check may be needed before personal information is disclosed or changed.

Use the unsubscribe route provided in a marketing email, or request removal by emailing us. If you have concerns about how your information is handled, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office through its complaints page.
